Every ARA candle is wrapped and packed by hand from our workshop in the Scottish Borders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

During seasonal launches or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always keep you informed.

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We also offer free UK delivery on orders over £60.

While we always aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or severe weather.
